Allow dragging and dropping of widgets between group boxes

On the form designer design surface, dragging and dropping of widgets into and out of group boxes is not possible. One has to explicitly cut or copy and paste widgets from one area into or out of a group box. This is not the ideal expectation of users and so it should be possible simply drag and drop widgets in and out of group boxes without requiring copy/cut paste.
