Order of form fields should be the same in both schema design in form entry and form field task pane in xforms

When adding form field on schema design after some works are done in xforms, the newly added form fields are inserted/added in the form field task pane in xforms in random order (not the same order as they are listed on schema design). It creates confusions for form developer where to get the right form fields.
