Xforms error while trying to do Form entry and preview is also not working

Please find the patient form error in preview.
This error is happening if we use openMRS 1.8 beta. Not happening with 1.7.1 openMRS.

Expected results:
1. XForms should display properly in Form entry module without error
2. XForms preview should work without error
