Expanding Xforms Relationship widget

The current relationship widget supports creating relationship between patient and existing persons. We would like the widget to be expanded such that if the user search criteria for a person to relate to the patient yields no results, the user should be prompted to create a new person, add person attributes, save the person and relate this person to the target patient.

Please note that the Marital Status, which is normally saved as obs will be saved as person attribute.
