date widget property setting do not save between sessions

I have a test concept, and setup an obs.datetime date widget to correspond with that test result obs.

I notice that my property settings do not save between sessions. So, if I setup the skip logic, log off, and then go back on a few days later, my settings are no longer there. But it is not consistent, seems to only happen when a few days have elapsed between working on the form.
