Add Relationship Feature on Create a New Patient Page

We would like to have the feature of adding Relationship on the Create a New Patient Page (http://demo.openmrs.org/openmrs/admin/patients/newPatient.form?). It would eliminate the possibility which the Data Assistants forget to go to next page to add such information by clicking Overview/Relationship tab in the registration process. Thanks in advance.
