Description

After a form was submitted, the entered data is not displayed at all on the encounter/view tab on patient dashboard while it is displayed correctly on the encounter/edit tab.

Attached are the obs for this particular encounter, the screen shots of the encounter/view tab and the encounter/edit tab.
