LegacyUI files copied into core WEB-INF show up as new git files

When OpenMRS is run by going to the webapp directory and running 'mvn jetty:run', and LegacyUI is installed, LegacyUI installs a number of view-related files into WEB-INF. These files (mostly jsps and images) subsequently show up in git as newly-added files underneath the webapp project. However these files should be ignored, as they should not be accidentally added to core/webapp.
