Error upgrading to daily build

I got the following error when trying to upgrade with today's (March 27) daily build...

•??? Caused By: Table 'openmrs.location_attribute_typeinner' doesn't exist???

I tried upgrading from my previous daily build, and upgrading from my current OpenMRS 1.9.7 database as well. Both failed with the error above.
