The delete button in the person form results into purging of person.

The exact steps to reproduce it are:
1. Go to Administration -> Manage Person -> Create Person -> <Then create a person>
2. Go to Administration -> Manage Person -> Search for the person -> go to the person form page -> click on delete button.
3. It actually purges the person instead of voiding it which is the wrong behaviour.
