Auto highlight on coded answer and active Add button in dictionary

In the new concept search for coded answer, after entering the concept id, user needs to click on the only one option or scroll down to highlight the only one option before clicking Add button. It would be more user friendly if the only one option is highlighted automatically so that concept managers only need to hit the enter key without using the mouse to click on it or hitting the down arrow key before using the mouse to click the Add button/or hitting the tab key first before hitting the Add button.

Basically, this enhancement will reduce number of clicking, tabbing, or hitting other key.
