Concept Dictionary not saving properly

After editing and saving an existing data concept, it doesn't display "Concept saved successfully" on that particular concept page. (Please see attachment dictionary1.png)

Then, when I open the Concept Dictionary Maintenance on a different tab, it displays "Concept saved successfully". (Please see attachment dictionary2.png)

This has caused confusion as if it doesn't save the update/new changes but actually it does. Also, I have experienced that it did not actually save the changes sometimes but I am not able to duplicate the error everytime. I showed this to Win and he witnessed the same behavior I describe above that it does not save sometimes.
