Auto run openmrs when running the release tests from the modules

We need to be able to setup openmrs from the module release tests. This helps in running the integration tests by skipping the installation wizard hassle for the modules.
After the completion of this story, module integration tests should run after setting up openmrs(with the version specified in the parameter) in the background.
