      Description

We are migrating all javascript in openmrs over to jquery widgets. The current data picker is a standalone javascript library that doesn't have as many options as the jquery datepicker.

      http://jqueryui.com/demos/datepicker/

      1. This will need to tie in with the current user's locale (<openmrs:datePattern/> in a jsp will give you the current user's date format)
      2. One of the main reasons for switching is to support letters in the date format (see TRAC-499 for that discussion)
      3. See web-inf/view/scripts/calendar for current js/jsp
      4. As much as possible, try to be backwards compatible with the current setup so that all modules don't break immediately with this change (this is low priority and not 100% necessary)
