Drugs are not showing up in the concept search in the concept dictionary

I am trying to add drug formularies as coded answers to a question in the concept dictionary. However, when I endeavor this, the drug forumlaries are not showing up in the concept search in the concept dictionary.

The ConceptSearch.js page uses the DWRService.getConcepts method. This method needs to use and obey the "includeDrugs" parameter. The method needs to interleave the drug results with the concept results either by doing a separate search for the results or to simply show all drugs for a given searched concept when parsing the results.
