Security error when relationship name is clicked on the patient dashboard: You are not authorized to view this page.

Sometimes when a limited user clicks on a relationship's name on the dashboard it gives an error message: "You are not authorized to view this page." and prompts for a login username/password. The following error appears in the catalina log...

WARN - RequireTag.doStartTag(109) |2011-04-26 10:58:19,157| The user: 'someusername' has attempted to access: /personDashboard.form which requires privilege: View Persons or one of: null or any of null

The privilege "View Persons" doesn't exist by default in the list of privileges.

It doesn't matter if the relation that's clicked is a Person only, or a Patient.

This problem is intermittent, and can usually be resolved by going back and "Shift-Refreshing" the page.

This happens with OpenMRS Version: 1.8.0 RC Build 19572.
