Unable to "change" regimen when patient dashboard is loaded for a patient with no regimens

On the patient dashboard (regimen tab), there is an "Add/change regimen" button.

If the patient already has a regimen listed for a particular category when you load the page, then adding a new regimen gives you the option to "Add & Stop Existing...". But if you open the page for a patient with no regimens, then you add a regimen, then you add another, you are only given the "Add" option, and not the "Add & Stop" option.

(The solution is to reload the patient dashboard if you need to change the regimen.)
