Description
When you install a new version of OpenMRS, the OrderType table is only populated if you select the installation option to populate the database with demo data.
The Order Type table should be populated with the three core order types (Drug, Drug Order, Lab Order) even if the user chooses not to populate the DB with demo data. An OpenMRS constant references the Drug Order type via primary key, so the application expects this Order Type to be present (and have that primary key, 2) in all cases.
