When adding a new encounter, under Manage Encounters, when you select the patient or provider, it inserts a second space between the given and family name of the patient or provider respectively. A single space would be sufficient. The same thing happens when adding a relationship on the New Patient screen, and when adding a relationship on the dashboard overview tab. I think this only happens for patients that don't have a middle name. This happens in OpenMRS Version: 1.8.0 beta Build 17512 and Version: 1.8.0 SNAPSHOT Build 17678.
