Cleanup References to Core vs Required Modules

At some point we started bundling modules with openmrs. These were mistakenly called "core" modules instead of "bundled" modules. Now we have this idea of "required" modules in openmrs where they can't start until openmrs is started...those should be renamed to "core" modules.

Wiki documentation should be created/updated with this corrected naming convention.
