Adding Deactivate/Reactivate or Retire/Unretire Options in User Form

The current “User Form” only has “voided” checkbox available under the “Show Advanced Options”. We need to have an option of either “deactivate” or “retire” when the users leave the organization or move on to other positions within the organization which they no longer need to have access to the system (your version of OpenMRS) since voiding a user is different from deactivating or retiring a user. In addition, we will need to have the option of either “Reactivate” or “Unretire” when the users need to have access to their accounts again in future.
