Add indicator dialog is off the bottom of the screen when you have a lot of indicators in a cohort indicator and dimension dataset

Unable to add a new indicator to a dataset. I was able to do this earlier (yesterday), but today there is a problem. No log errors or stack trace.

When trying to add a new indicator (see attachment and click on "[+] Add indicator", the initial page greys-out. It appears that the "popup" goes behind the greyed out window, but not sure.

I've tried with other datasets (old and new) and they work fine. The problem exists with chrome and firefox browsers.
