A user with all the Task scheduling previleges and reporting module related previleges can't access the Report Scheduling page

Users assigned to a role like Report managers(with all the reporting module privileges) together with task scheduling privileges are redirected to the Log in page whenever they click on the scheduled reports link. It is like the reporting Module doesn't create some other privileges it requires to open this page.
