Add autocomplete search functionality to encounter provider and encounter location widgets in HTML Form Entry

      Description

Encounter Provider Widget: The dropdown box is working fine. Since we have over 100 clinicians, it's very time consuming to scroll up and down to search. Also, sometimes, the clinician's names are not written as the same from the database which will take the DAs more time to search. Is it possible to have something similar to the Encounter Provider widget on infoapth form which allows user to type part of the string or provider ID in the search box?

      b) Encounter Location Widget: Similar to reason stated above, our program has almost 100 encounter locations (including satellite sites), it's hard to scroll the long list to pick the encounter location. It would be best to allow users to type partial word in the search box or use of autocomplete.
