      Description

      If you do something like this:

      <patient field="identifier" identifierTypeId="2"/>
      

      the identifier type field is properly included as a hidden input with the correct value (2), but the identifier field has the initial value set to patient.preferredIdentifier, even if the type of that identifier is not 2.
