As a Clinician i want to stop/cancel a prescription currently being administered to a patient because it is no longer necessary for the patient to take it for a number of reasons( No longer effective, causes adverse effects, Patient cant take drugs in that form etc..)
Context, User and Environment
This functionality will be done by a clinician in the red zone. If necessary it can also be done in the green zone by a doctor as it is a oneclick operation
Acceptance Criteria
- On the Patient Summary a user should be able to click the stop icon on an active prescription
- User should be asked to confirm his action, if he/she confirms action the prescription should be stopped and relegated to the previous prescriptions section recording who stopped it, the date it was stopped and the time the prescription was started.
