Fix atlas bubble data form to fit on the map canvas

The form for entering the bubble's data overflows off the map canvas when the bubble is closer to the edges of the map canvas, we need to fix this so that it is always fully visible on the map canvas, see attached snapshot with the problem

TODO:
The solution is to set the edit and view DIV elements to be the same size since the info window is always cropped to fit the content pane and is moved into focus to be fully visible when the bubble is clicked the first time
