The current Manage Roles page on the admin screen lets a user pick privileges to assign to a role. Privileges are inherited from roles and need not be reselected on the current role. All inherited roles should be interrogated and the privileges should be marked as "unavailable" or a kind of "already checked" to show the user that they don't need to recheck some boxes.
